  • 1 fillet Cod Fish
  • 4 pieces Prawns
  • 2 packets Bak Kut Teh spice
  • 1 bowl Red Capsicum
  • 1 bowl Green Capsicum
  • 1 bowl Yellow Capsicum
  • 1 whole Garlic
  • 1 bowl Oil
  • 1 bowl Red onions
  • 1 bowl onions
  • 1 bowl Corn flour sauce
  • 1 bowl Soya sauce
  • 1 bowl Garnishing
  • A pinch Black pepper
  1. Place the tea packet into a pot of boiling water
  2. Peel and crush the garlic. Place the garlic into the boiling pot. Put on low heat for approximately 5 minutes
  3. Meanwhile, slice the fish. Open a bag of spice
  4. Place the fish fillet slices into a baking pan. Oil the pan so that it will not stick. Sprinkle 2 pinches of spices on the fish. Do the same for the prawns. Place them into the oven at 220 degrees for 12 minutes
  5. Meanwhile, take the spice bag out, place it on a sieve and break the bag, pouring some water over it
  6. On a smaller pot, pour some oil into it, on low heat. Throw in the capsicums, onions and garlic, together with a pinch of spice
  7. In a frying pan, pour some oil with some onion, then the remaining garlic. Pour some soup base onto the pan
  8. Add 2-3 spoons of corn flour sauce to thicken, followed by 1 spoon of soya sauce
  9. Place the fried vegetable as the base, then the prawns and fish on top, drizzle the sauce at the side and garnish the dish
