Ingredients
  • 1 Red pepper, seeded, cut in 8
  • 1 Orange pepper, seeded, cut in 8
  • 1 Yellow pepper, seeded, cut in 8
  • 4 sprigs of fresh Oregano
  • 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper
Method
  1. Preheat the immersion circulator to 85C
  2. Arrange the peppers in a large vacuum seal bag with the olive oil, oregano and seasonings
  3. Flatten
  4. Vacuum seal
  5. Immerse for 60 minutes
  6. Remove from the bag
  7. Discard the aromatics, serve and share
