  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 2 Tomato (Chopped)
  • 3 cloves of Garlic (Chopped)
  • ½ kilogram Pasta
  • 200 grams White cheese (Kesong Puti)
  • ¼ cup Balaw balaw
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
  1. In a large pot cook you pasta in boiling salted water for 13 minutes or until it reaches aldente
  2. At the same time get your sauce ready by adding oil to a pot and sautéing your onions, garlic and tomatoes for 5 minutes until it becomes one mass
  3. Add balaw balaw and simmer, set aside until the pasta is ready, once the pasta is ready add to sauce and toss
  4. Once the noodles a coated plate up and break up the cheese on the pasta then dust with the chilli flakes
  5. Serve straight away
