Ingredients
  • 1 loaf Bread
  • 1 bottle Gumamela (Hibiscus) jam
  • 1 bunch Pansit-pansitan
  • 1 bunch Dill
  • ½ cup Malunggay flowers
  • 8 Alagao leaves
  • 8 Ham
  • 8 slice Swiss cheese
  • 1 bunch Mint
Method
  1. Spread Gumamela jam in a slice of bread then cover it with alagao leaves
  2. Layered the dill, ham, Pansit-pansitan, malunggay flowers and the cheese
  3. Lightly bruise mint on top of your sandwich then cover it with another slice of bread
