  • 3 Natural Bagels
  • Tomato Passata
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Salami
  • Red Peppers
  • Fresh Basil, torn
  • Anchovies
  • ½ red onion, sliced finely
  • Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. On a lined baking tray, place the bagel halves and spread passata on them. Dress the bagels with tomato slices, pinch of salt and pepper, onions, torn basil, mozzarella, anchovies, salami, olives, red peppers and top with some more grated cheese.
  3. Place in oven for 10 minutes or until golden.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy!
