  • 2 large Broccoli crowns (about 1½ pounds), cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Place the cut broccoli in a large bowl. Drizzle with the Olive oil, salt and garlic powder. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Flip each piece and bake until tender and slightly charred, about 10 minutes more. Sprinkle with the Parmesan and serve immediately
