  • 1 kilogram prawns (cooked, deshelled, and cut into thirds)
  • 1 celery stalk (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup Japanese kewpie mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 frozen salted egg yolks (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon chives (chopped)
  • 6 hot dog buns
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  1. Mix prawns with mayo, celery, lemon juice, salted egg yolks, and chives.
  2. Slice sides off hot dog buns and brush edges with melted butter.
  3. Toast each side lightly in a dry pan.
  4. Stuff prawn mixture into buns.
