  • 2 Santols
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  1. In order to have a juice, you have to peel off the santol and cut it to remove the seeds and then put it on a fruit juicer
  2. After having the juice, make sure to strain it because the bitter part comes from the pulp
  3. And then add olive oil and honey to taste then mix well. Season it with salt and pepper
