- 2 Santols
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- In order to have a juice, you have to peel off the santol and cut it to remove the seeds and then put it on a fruit juicer
- After having the juice, make sure to strain it because the bitter part comes from the pulp
- And then add olive oil and honey to taste then mix well. Season it with salt and pepper
