Sesame Chicken Salad Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame paste (tahini)
  • 1.5 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 inch piece of Ginger
  • 1 cooked Chicken breast
  • 3-4 stalks Cilantro
  • 2 Green onions
  • ½ Carrot
  • 1 Shallot
  • 2 Red chilli
  • ¼ Green cabbage
  • 2-3 pinches Sesame seeds (for topping)
  • 1 head of Lettuce (curly leaf is best)
Method
  1. Slice carrots, cabbage and shallot thinly
  2. Combine tahini, soy sauce, grated ginger and lime juice
  3. Shred chicken breast
  4. Combine dressing, veggies and chicken
  5. Serve on a plate and top with sesame seeds and lettuce on side
