  • 6 Radishes, grated
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • Zest and juice of 1 Lemon
  • 4 tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt and freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • ⅔ cup crumbled Feta
