Spiced Buttered Prawns

Ingredients
  • 1 kilogram Large Prawns
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
  • ½ tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 4 Shallots - blend
  • 5 cloves Garlic – blend
  • 1 inch Ginger - blend
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • Fish Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Butter (for brushing)
Method
  1. Cut prawns in half with shell on and clean.
  2. Mix all the marinate ingredients together and put the prawns in. Leave for 30-45 mins.
  3. Lay on the grill and brush with room temperature butter.
  4. Grill in 200 degrees pre heat oven.
  5. Flip and brush more butter.
  6. Serve
