Spiced Mango Lassi

  • 2 cups plain Yoghurt
  • 1 cup diced Mango
  • ½ teaspoon fresh grated Ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon Chilli powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Place all the ingredients into the jug of a blender. You can increase the amount of the spices if you like, or add some honey if you want something sweeter. If you want the lassi to be less thick, just add a few cubes of ice. Blend everything up together until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve
