  • 500 grams minced Chicken
  • ½ cup Chicken stock
  • 10 Mint Leaves
  • 2 Shallots, sliced
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 4 dried Spur Chillies
  • 3 tablespoons roasted Sticky Rice powder
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli flakes
  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 4 Cow peas
  • ½ Cabbage, sliced
  1. Chop shallots and spring onions to bite sizes
  2. Add chicken stock into the pot then add minced chicken. Toss until cooked and turn the heat off.
  3. Add chopped shallots and spring onions into the pot
  4. Season with fish sauce, roasted sticky rice powder, red chilli flakes and lime juice. Mix it well
  5. Add mint leaves and stir until combined
  6. Garnish with dried spur chillies and mint, and serve with a side of raw cow pea and cabbage
