Ingredients
  • 2 whole pcs Crab
  • ½ packet (15g) Bak Kut Teh spice
  • 1 bowl Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • ¼ bowl chopped Garlic
  • 1 litre Water
  • 1 teaspoon Thickene
Method
  1. Remove the crab shells and cut them up into pieces
  2. Heat the wok. Add butter, then garlic after. Pour the crabs in to fry. Add water then the spice packet. Cover the lid and put on high fire. Once it’s boiling, lower the heat. Once the crab becomes red, remove the lid
  3. Mix them around and add the thickener
