  • 200 grams Chinese wheat noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame paste
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut butter
  • ½ Cucumber, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons Sambal (Chilli paste) (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons Rice vinegar
  • ½ Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • ½ Carrot, cut into thin strips
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  • ¼-½ cup Water
  • 3 teaspoons Soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame seeds
  1. Cook noodles, and rinse under cold water
  2. In a medium pot, add ¼ water, sesame paste, peanut butter, sambal, rice vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil
  3. Heat on medium, and stir to combine. Add more water for desired thickness—taste for seasoning
  4. Add noodles to sauce and heat through
  5. Plate, and arrange chicken, cucumbers and carrots on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
