Steak, Charred Shallots, Wasabi, Kale

  • 700 grams Wagyu flatiron
  • 1 tablespoon Wasabi paste
  • 20 grams curly Kale
  • 1 bunch Shallots
  • 1 Lime
  • Salt, Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Grape seed oil
  1. Season the steak with salt. Cook for 5 – 7 minutes, turning regularly. Remove from the BBQ and rest for half of the cooking time the thinly slice. Serve with wasabi
  2. BBQ the kale and shallots for 1 minute, using a little oil and water to char and steam the vegetables
  3. Mix in a bowl, season with salt pepper and a little lime juice
