Ingredients
  • 2 garlic, finely sliced
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 75 grams minced prawn
  • 75 grams minced chicken
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 centimeters ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 boiled salted egg yolks
  • Sesame seeds
Method
  1. Mix prawn and chicken in a bowl
  2. Add garlic, spring onion, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger
  3. Add water and sugar
  4. Mix it all together
  5. Oil ramekin with sesame oil and put the mixture inside.
  6. Add the boiled salted egg yolk on top of the mixture
  7. Sprinkle it with sesame seeds
  8. Put it in a hot steamer for 20 mins
  9. After cooked, pour extra soy sauce and add more spring onions
  10. Ready to serve
