Ingredients
  • 2 cups peeled and diced Peaches
  • 1 cup diced fresh Apricots
  • 1 cup diced Banana
  • 2 cups Yogurt 
  • ½ cup Milk 
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh Mint
  • 2-3 cups ice cubes
  • Fresh Mint sprigs, for garnish
Method
  1. Add all ingredients except ice to a blender and puree until smooth
  2. Add ice and pulse to crush
  3. Pour into tall glasses, garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately
