Ingredients
  • Taro Rosti
  • 2 taro, julienne cut
  • 200 grams minced chicken
  • 2 garlic
  • 6 shallots
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon sugar (a dash)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Dipping Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 garlic, chopped
  • Coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ⅛ lemon, juiced
  • 1 chili padi
  • ½ ripe sweet mango, cut, for serving
Method
  1. Taro Rosti:
  2. Mix taro, minced chicken, garlic, shallots, black pepper, salt, sugar and egg in a bowl
  3. Fry 1 tbs of the mixture until the chicken is cooked and looks golden brown
  4. Serve it with mango and the dipping sauce
  1. Dipping Sauce:
  2. Mix all the ingredients together
