Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped Coconut meat
- 4 to 5 cups shredded Crab meat
- Banana leaves (for wrapping)
- Onions and Garlic
- 2 Calamansi or Philippines Lemon (squeezed)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix the coconut meat with the crab meat
- Add in the onion and garlic
- Stir in the calamansi and mix all ingredients well
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Wrap in banana leaves and steam for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the ingredients fuse together like tamales
