Ingredients
  • 3 cups chopped Coconut meat
  • 4 to 5 cups shredded Crab meat
  • Banana leaves (for wrapping)
  • Onions and Garlic
  • 2 Calamansi or Philippines Lemon (squeezed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Method
  1. Mix the coconut meat with the crab meat
  2. Add in the onion and garlic
  3. Stir in the calamansi and mix all ingredients well
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Wrap in banana leaves and steam for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the ingredients fuse together like tamales
