Ingredients
  • 100 grams White Rice
  • 1 litre Chicken Broth
  • 1 piece of Sweet Corn
  • 1 bunch of Spinach
  • Basil leaves
  • 1 stalk Lemongrass
  • 2 centimetres Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Pumpkin
  • Garnish:
  • Curly Red Chilli
  • Fried Onions
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Anchovy
  • 100 grams Rice Flour
  • 1 Red Paprika
  • 100 grams Wheat Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 3 Lime Leaves
  • 10 Bawang Merah [Shallots] (minced)
  • 5 Bawang Putih [Onions] (minced)
  • 300 grams of Kernels Corn
Method

Mix the rice, chicken broth, lemongrass, ginger, salt. If the water shrank by half, put in the corn and pumpkin. Cook until pureed. Enter the spinach and basil stir until blended
