- 2 cups Jasmine rice, washed
- 2 cups diced Tomato
- 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- 1½ cups Tomato passata
- 2½ cups Water or Stock
- Heat up 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add the diced tomatoes. Stir for a further 30 seconds, then add the rice and toss until each grain of rice is coated with oil
- Transfer the rice and tomato mixture to a rice cooker, add water/stock and passata, and season if you like. Cook the rice in the rice cooker, and serve when ready
