  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 Salted eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Century egg, peeled and chopped
  • 800 millilitres Water
  • ½ teaspoon + ½ tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • Dash of White pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Sesame oil
  1. Beat the eggs with the water, then stir in the salted eggs and century egg, as well as 1⁄2 teaspoon light soy sauce and a dash of white pepper
  2. Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl. Heat up a wok fitted with a steaming rack and filled with water over medium heat. Steam the egg for 10 minutes, until fully cooked
  3. To serve, top with 1⁄2 tablespoon light soy sauce and 1⁄2 teaspoon sesame oil
