  • ⅓ cup Rolled oats
  • ⅔ cup fresh Coconut milk (the kind that’s sold in the chilled section)
  • 1 Mango, diced into 2cm cubes
  • ½ tablespoon Chia seeds
  • A pinch of Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Palm sugar (gula melaka or gula merah)

Mix all the ingredients except the mango together, and transfer to a jar. Top with the mango, cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight. Serve!
