  • 400 grams minced Turkey meat
  • 300 millilitres Heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 300 millilitres Breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons Butter –for frying
  • 200 grams fresh Sweet peas
  • 4 Spring onions
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon Acidic vinegar
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 75 millilitres Sugar
  • 100 millilitres chopped fresh Parsley
  1. Combine minced turkey meat, heavy cream and salt in a bowl. Shape into small patties and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan on medium heat in butter until golden
  2. Cut the spring onions into big pieces and sauté at low heat in a pot together with the sweet peas, one tablespoon of butter and a little water. Salt to taste
  3. Slice the cucumber into very thin slices and place in a bowl. Salt lightly and press out the water of the cucumber. Do not throw out the water. Add acidic vinegar, sugar and chopped parsley
  4. For a hearty meal - serve with mashed potatoes
