Ingredients
  • ½ cup sliced Carrots
  • ½ cup sliced Cucumber
  • ½ cup sliced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup cubes Guava
  • ¼ cup diced Green onions
  • ¼ cup chopped Cilantro
  • 1 kilogram Paco
  • For dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Calamansi juice
  • 2 chopped Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Method
  1. In a large salad bowl put all the ingredients like carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, guava, green onions and chopped cilantro
  2. To make a dressing, just combine the fish sauce, honey, olive oil, calamansi juice, garlic and pepper and then pour it over the ingredients and toss it up
  3. Add the paco then mix it all
