  • 1 kilogram Pork (any part)
  • ⅛ kilogram Pig brain
  • 1 sliced Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Sukang Iloko
  • 1 medium size chopped Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly Ground Pepper
  1. This dish is a unique version of kilawin
  2. All you have to do is to pre-boil all the pork, any part like butt, shoulder, ear and the liver so that the meat is already cooked
  3. Then grilled it and cut into little pieces, and put it on a plate or bowl, add the sliced onion and put the superstar ingredients of this dish the pig brain, but make sure that you pre cooked it
  4. Boil it in water with a little bit of salt and mash it to make it nice and creamy. Then mix it all
  5. Pour over the vinegar, you can use the local vinegar made in Ilocos Norte or the regular vinegar that you have
  6. Add ginger and mix, season it with a fresh ground black pepper and a little bit of salt to add flavour
  7. This dish is very similar to Sisig and its nice for pulutan
