White Chocolate Mousse

  • 1 litre of Whipping cream
  • 400 grams White Chocolate
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Sour mango
  • 1 Sweet mango
  • 1 Passionfruit
  • 1 Kiwi
  1. In a pot, add water and place a heat resistant bowl on top of it. Add white chocolate into the bowl and melt it
  2. Using a whisk, whisk cream until stiff and place it in the fridge to keep cool
  3. Add 2 eggs into the melted chocolate and the slowly combine the cream and chocolate together. Scoop mixture into glasses and let it set in the fridge for at least 2 hours
  4. Cut up your fresh fruits into cubes and add them onto the white chocolate mousse before serving
