Ingredients

  1.  In a pot, over medium heat, add cooking oil.
  2. Add chicken and leave it to cook till golden brown.
  3. Add mushrooms, crushed garlic and onions to the pan.
  4. Add Worcestershire and soy sauce. Season with salt.
  5. Add 1 cup of water and leave to cook under low simmer to thicken slightly.
  6. Add cornstarch mixture and leave to thicken slightly.
  7. Serve immediately.
