Shitake Mushroom Chicken Stew
- In a pot, over medium heat, add cooking oil.
- Add chicken and leave it to cook till golden brown.
- Add mushrooms, crushed garlic and onions to the pan.
- Add Worcestershire and soy sauce. Season with salt.
- Add 1 cup of water and leave to cook under low simmer to thicken slightly.
- Add cornstarch mixture and leave to thicken slightly.
- Serve immediately.
