Step 1 - Make the soup
- In a deep pot, bring 5 cups of water to a boil and add in sliced yellow onions & tomatoes.
- Mix in sliced green mango and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 2 - Add in fish and vegetables
- Put in the milkfish belly.
- Add sliced white radishes, eggplant and okra in the pot and simmer for another 3 minutes.
Season and Serve!
Season with salt and white pepper before serving.
