Spaghetti Aglio Olio
Al dente pasta coated in a garlicky and spicy olive oil, this simple recipe is surely delicious in every way!

Step 1 - Cook spaghetti and make flavored oil
- In a pot, fill ¾ with water and 1 Tbsp salt. Bring to a boil. Place spaghetti into boiling water and cook according to packet instructions.
- In a pan on medium heat, add â cup olive oil, garlic and chili padi. Let it heat up and stir-fry for 2 to 4 minutes until fragrant.
Step 2 - Place cooked spaghetti into pan and season
- Once pasta is cooked, remove from water and place immediately into pan with the flavored oil. Mix well and stir-fry for another 2 to 3 minutes to let the pasta absorb the flavors.
- Season with 2 tsp salt and 2 tsp black pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
Plate and serve!
Transfer aglio olio pasta into serving plate or dish and serve hot.
