Step 1 - Cook spaghetti and make flavored oil

  • In a pot, fill ¾ with water and 1 Tbsp salt. Bring to a boil. Place spaghetti into boiling water and cook according to packet instructions.

  • In a pan on medium heat, add â…“ cup olive oil, garlic and chili padi. Let it heat up and stir-fry for 2 to 4 minutes until fragrant.
You can adjust the spiciness level of this dish by adding or removing the amount of chili padi

Step 2 - Place cooked spaghetti into pan and season

  • Once pasta is cooked, remove from water and place immediately into pan with the flavored oil. Mix well and stir-fry for another 2 to 3 minutes to let the pasta absorb the flavors.
  • Season with 2 tsp salt and 2 tsp black pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
Add some protein to this dish by adding prawns or any seafood

Plate and serve!
