Ingredients

Cauliflower rice makes a fantastic substitute for carbs with great texture and flavour.

·      In a large sauté pan, over medium high heat, heat up cooking oil.

·      Add minced onion and garlic. Leave to cook.

·      Add all other ingredients beginning with chicken, sesame oil.
       Leave to brown a little before adding mushrooms.

·      Add cauliflower rice, eggs and all remaining ingredients.

·      Stir well to combine. Turn heat off. Serve immediately.
