Spicy Sauteed Crab
An unique fusion of crab and bak kut teh, awaken your taste buds with this one-of-a-kind flavour.

Step 1 - Remove crab top shell and portion the crab
- Remove the crab top shell by pulling it apart from the body and cut them up into pieces
Step 2 - Stir-fry the garlic
- Heat the wok. On medium heat,add butter, followed by garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Step 3 - Stir-fry the crab
- Add in the crab meat and fry
Step 4 - Boil the crab and season
Add in 2 cups water and ½ Tbsp soy sauce, followed by the spice packet.
Cover the lid and put on high heat. Once it’s boiling, lower the heat.
Step 5 - Thicken the sauce
- Once the crab turns red, give the wok a stir, then add in all of the thickener.
Garnish and serve!
Garnish with spring onion and serve while hot!
