Delicious comforting soup that is full of umami flavour and goodness.

  • In a pot, add cooking oil, chilli powder, garlic and soy sauce.
  • Heat pot over low heat. Stir well, careful not to burn chilli.

  • Add clams, prawn and leave to cook under low heat.
  • Add water, anchovy stock cube and dried kelps and leave to boil. Season with salt.

  • Add tofu and mushrooms and leave to cook. Turn heat off.
Apart from prawns, you can use cuttlefish, mussels and slices of fish.

Serve with steamed rice.
