Spicy Tofu Seafood Soup
Delicious comforting soup that is full of umami flavour and goodness.
- In a pot, add cooking oil, chilli powder, garlic and soy sauce.
- Heat pot over low heat. Stir well, careful not to burn chilli.
- Add clams, prawn and leave to cook under low heat.
- Add water, anchovy stock cube and dried kelps and leave to boil. Season with salt.
- Add tofu and mushrooms and leave to cook. Turn heat off.
Apart from prawns, you can use cuttlefish, mussels and slices of fish.
