Sticky Honey Soy Chicken Wings
Devour this, sweet yet slightly salty, crispy chicken wings that is bound to satisfy your chicken fix!

Step 1 - Preheat oven and season chicken wings
Preheat oven to 200°C.
In a bowl, toss the chicken wings together with the salt, pepper, and oil. Set aside.
Step 2 - Make glaze
In a pan on medium heat, mix honey, ¼ cup water, 2 Tbsp light soy sauce, garlic and ginger until well combined.
Let it cook for 6 to 8 minutes until thickened and reduced.
Let it cool for 10 minutes.
Step 3 - Marinate chicken
- To the chicken, pour the glaze over and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Place marinated chicken on a baking tray. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden through and cooked through.
- If the wings are too charred at any point, reduce heat to 180°C and continue baking.
Plate and serve!
Place chicken wings on serving plate or dish and serve hot.
