Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables

Step 1 - Stir-fry vegetables
- In a wok under high heat, heat 1 Tbsp oil and stir-fry garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add in cauliflower, snow peas, button mushrooms, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and baby corn and fry for 2 minutes.
Substitute any of the vegetables for any other vegetables
Step 2 - Season and simmer
Add chicken stock or water and cook for another 3 minutes, then add 4 Tbsp oyster sauce, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp kecap manis, 1 tsp sugar, ½ tsp pepper and cornstarch mixture.Chicken stock will give more depth to the dish
Bring to a boil and allow to simmer for 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Plate and serve!
