Stir-Fry Chicken With Cabbage Salad
Use thinly sliced cabbage as your noodles base, and top it with healthy, flavourful chicken.
- In a large pan, over medium heat, add cooking oil
- Saute garlic, ginger and red onion. Leave to cook.
- Add minced chicken, sesame oil, black and white pepper.
- Add sliced white sliced cabbage and red cabbage.
- Sprinkle spring onion. Combine well. Season with salt if necessary.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, chia seeds, and chopped coriander leaves.
