Use thinly sliced cabbage as your noodles base, and top it with healthy, flavourful chicken.

  • In a large pan, over medium heat, add cooking oil
  • Saute garlic, ginger and red onion. Leave to cook.
  • Add minced chicken, sesame oil, black and white pepper.
  • Add sliced white sliced cabbage and red cabbage.
  • Sprinkle spring onion. Combine well. Season with salt if necessary.
  • Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, chia seeds, and chopped coriander leaves.
