This summer salad is refreshing, with tons of flavour from the varieties of vegetables.

Step 1

  • In a pan griller, grill peaches. Set aside.

  • Grill red onions. Set aside.

  • In large bowl, mix all salad ingredients: romaine lettuce, red cabbage, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, corn kernels.

  • Add grilled peaches and onions.

  • In another bowl, add minced garlic, gula melaka, olive oil, kombucha, chili padi, salt and black pepper. Mix well.

  • Drizzle over salad. Serve immediately.

If you plan to serve it later, separate the dressing and vegetables. Add it only when you’re ready to serve.
