Summer Salad with Kombucha Dressing
This summer salad is refreshing, with tons of flavour from the varieties of vegetables.
In a pan griller, grill peaches. Set aside.
Grill red onions. Set aside.
In large bowl, mix all salad ingredients: romaine lettuce, red cabbage, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, corn kernels.
Add grilled peaches and onions.
In another bowl, add minced garlic, gula melaka, olive oil, kombucha, chili padi, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Drizzle over salad. Serve immediately.
