METHOD
  1. First juice pineapple chunks using a high speed juicer. Pour the juice into a highball glass.

  2. Next juice the watermelon chunks. Then into the same highball glass, pour the juice very slowly on the back of a spoon so that it pours as a separate layer above the pineapple juice.

  3. Juice the beetroot, and repeat the same act of pouring into the glass using the back of a spoon, to create the third layer of colour.

  4. Lastly, squeeze in some line juice and garnish with a lime slice. Serve cold.
