Nothing beats homemade Thai stir-fried noodles, perfectly seasoned and flavorful -sure to be loved by all!

Let's start cooking!

Combined noodle sauce

Step 1 - Make noodle sauce

  • In a bowl, mix 2 Tbsp light soy sauce, 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, ¼ tsp white pepper and 1 tsp Thai sweet chili sauce until well combined.
  • Set aside.

Step 2 - Stir-fry noodles with sauce

  • In a pan on high heat, heat 2 Tbsp vegetable oil. Stir-fry minced garlic and egg together, until cooked.

  • Set aside.

  • In the same pan, stir-fry the red pepper, yellow pepper, bean sprouts, bok choy and large red chilies for 3 to 4 minutes, until fragrant.

  • Add the chicken and prawns to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes, until chicken is cooked.

    For a vegetarian option, you can replace the prawns and chicken with firm tofu.
  • Into the pan, add rice and yellow noodles with the noodle sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute, until noodles are well-combined with the sauce and vegetables.

  • Season to taste with soy sauce and white pepper.

  • Add the fried egg and spring onions, fry until all ingredients are cooked.

  • Remove from heat and transfer into serving plate or bowl. Serve hot.

    You can replace the noodles with any other of your choice.
