A simple and healthy boiled chicken that can be easily paired with any dish!

Step 1 - Prepare the chicken
- Remove any giblets, and rinse the chicken before boiling it.
Step 2 - Boil the chicken
Place the chicken in a large pot with crushed ginger, 1 Tbsp peppercorns and 1 Tbsp rock salt, then add a sufficient amount of water to fully submerge the chicken.
Cover pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a gentle boil and cook for about 90 minutes.
Remove the chicken and leave to cool.
Plate and Serve!
You may shred or chop the meat then serve.
