Turkey Bacon with Peanut Butter Sandwich
- In a pan, over low medium heat, fry turkey bacon slices. Remove and set aside on a plate lined with paper towel.
- Toast bread.
- Spread mayonnaise evenly on bread.
- Add slices of lettuce, cooked turkey bacon slices, peanut butter, tomatoes and cheddar cheese and drizzle chilli sauce.
- Top with another slice of bread.
- Slice in half. Serve immediately.
