Ingredients

  1. In a pan, over low medium heat, fry turkey bacon slices. Remove and set aside on a plate lined with paper towel.
  2. Toast bread.
  3. Spread mayonnaise evenly on bread.
  4. Add slices of lettuce, cooked turkey bacon slices, peanut butter, tomatoes and cheddar cheese and drizzle chilli sauce.
  5. Top with another slice of bread.
  6. Slice in half. Serve immediately.
