White Chocolate Pots de Crème with Passionfruit is a great dessert if you like sweet and tangy flavours! The white chocolate, passionfruit and mint leaves combine to make a creamy, soothing treat.

Step 1 - Marinate chicken

  • Preheat oven to 150 C.

  • In a saucepot, heat up milk and cream under low heat. Careful not to boil it.

  • Place chopped white chocolate in a bowl.
  • Add warm milk mixture. Stir well. Set aside.

Step 2 - Whisk Egg and Sugar

  • In a different bowl, whisk egg yolk and sugar.

  • Gently add the cream mixture to the egg mixture. Mix well.

  • Ladle mixture into ramekins.

  • Arrange ramekins into deep baking tray. Pour hot water enough to cover halfway sides of ramekins.

Step 3 - Baking

  • Place it in the oven and bake for 30 mins or until custard is slightly jiggly.

  • Let cool before placing in the fridge for 3 hours.

Plate and serve!

Before serving, add a spoonful of passionfruit.
Garnish with mint.
