White Chocolate Pots de Crème with Passionfruit is a great dessert if you like sweet and tangy flavours! The white chocolate, passionfruit and mint leaves combine to make a creamy, soothing treat.

Step 1 - Marinate chicken
Preheat oven to 150 C.
In a saucepot, heat up milk and cream under low heat. Careful not to boil it.
- Place chopped white chocolate in a bowl.
Add warm milk mixture. Stir well. Set aside.
Step 2 - Whisk Egg and Sugar
In a different bowl, whisk egg yolk and sugar.
Gently add the cream mixture to the egg mixture. Mix well.
Ladle mixture into ramekins.
Arrange ramekins into deep baking tray. Pour hot water enough to cover halfway sides of ramekins.
Step 3 - Baking
Place it in the oven and bake for 30 mins or until custard is slightly jiggly.
Let cool before placing in the fridge for 3 hours.
Plate and serve!
Before serving, add a spoonful of passionfruit.
Garnish with mint.
