    Junk Food Flip follows Bobby Deen and Nikki Dinki as they travel the country looking for the most delicious guilty pleasures that they can flip into lighter dishes that are still indulgent and taste great. When they find the right dish Nikki and Bobby will challenge the owners of the restaurant that created it to a culinary showdown – If people think their version is as delicious as the original, then it goes on the menu. If not? The owners earn bragging rights and a hefty cash prize!

    Nikki Dinki is a finalist on Season 9 of Food Network Star. Nikki Dinki, 29 (New York City), created an online cooking show to highlight her semi-vegetarian culinary style and to share her newfound joy of cooking. Growing up as a picky eater, Nikki had a diet that consisted of bagels and cereal; after moving to New York years later, she realized her eating habits hadn't really changed. On a mission to become a more well-rounded eater, she immersed herself in learning to cook and loved it. Coming from a large family, Nikki always knew she wanted to be in the spotlight. After several acting gigs and per a friend’s suggestion, Nikki combined her passion for cooking with her zeal for acting and began blogging with videos, recipes and stories on her ventures in the kitchen.

    After growing up in a traditional Southern kitchen, self-proclaimed "Georgia Boy" Bobby Deen went to work with his brother, Jamie, in their mother Paula's kitchen at age 18. Bobby, along with Jamie and their mom, founded a small Savannah catering business known for delivering "lunch and love in a bag," which grew into one of Savannah's most-loved restaurants, The Lady & Sons.

    With The Lady & Sons firmly established, Bobby and Jamie began appearing to rave reviews on their mother's cooking shows on the Food Network, and soon launched their own show on the network, Road Tasted, which followed Bobby and Jamie as they explored America in search of love- and warmth-infused cooking. Both Bobby and Jamie Deen began to draw a new, younger audience into the growing number of Deen family fans in America.

    In early 2013, Bobby published his first solo book, a No. 1 New York Times Best Seller, From Mama's Table to Mine. He has also published four books with Jamie: The Deen Bros. Cookbook – Recipes from the Road, Y'all Come Eat, Take It Easy, and Get Fired Up. They've expanded their efforts with a line of spices, barbecue sauces and T-shirts.
