Savory Crab Noodles | Inspired Cooking with Indomie
The first thing that we need are crabs. Toss them in some cornstarch and some seasoning, and go ahead and fry that. We're using some coconut oil. Make sure that they're not all the way cooked, because they're going to finish up with the sauce later.
And then in we go with the garlic, the ginger, the onions, and finally our lemongrass. I'm happy with that. So we're going to go ahead and add our crab back in. Rice vinegar, butter goes in.
And we're going to cook our noodles. It will take about three minutes. A little bit of sugar, evaporated milk, one red chili, seafood stock.
Before going ahead and straining the noodles, we're going to grab these seasoning sachets, mix everything together, and then we're going to toss the noodles inside. Mix all that together. Noodles go in. A little bit of chives, coriander.
All we got to do now is plate. Now we can go ahead and start sneaking in some crab in there. Fried onions from the noodles. I hope you guys try it, and I hope you guys enjoy it.
